Coaches, thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey. Please note we will do our very best between the Flames and Stars to place you in a desired practice slot, however, it is not guaranteed you will receive the slot requested. Please pick 3 total slots. We understand not all slots are as convenient as others but please choose 3 total and not just 1. After choosing your 3 slots in the notes please tell us your #1 choice of the three. Once all submissions are in, the Stars and Flames directors will sit down and assign time slots to all teams. Please note, especially on the Stars side, teams will most likely be doubled up to accommodate the increased number of Stars teams this season. Also please keep in mind some earlier time slots may potentially go to younger Flames and Stars team during the week due to school etc.
